Newlife Living is a division of LHA-ASRA Group Ltd who have over 30 years’ experience in building stylish accommodation across the Midlands and Greater London. Newlife Living is the shared ownership arm of the authority, enabling buyers to own a property who cannot afford to buy on the open market.

They will buy an initial share with a mortgage, usually starting at 50%; on the remaining 50% they will pay rent to Newlife Living.
